At this point experience is not necessary. The need is to be able to moderate content that violates forum rules. Suspend users who also violate the rules and escalate any situation you may think needs escalated to the admin(s).
At this time there is no compensation for this position so it is on a voluntary basis. Should we start generating revenue here at Voices Unbound Media this will change, pending proper background checks to become an official employee of Voices Unbound Media (we may also go the independent contractor route, too depending). At the time of switching to a paid model; work history is irrelevant as we will see actual capabilities of individuals on these forums.
