Trump Admin Removes Previous Memo On Cannabis Enforcement
Trump admin reverses previous Biden admin era cannabis policy.
This is well worth a look and ties in with what I stated a while ago in my most previous article about the current enforcement priorities of the administration focusing on drugs.
They have not made any huge cannabis enforcement moves which is the only promising factor here, but it sounds like we could be moving backwards when it comes to cannabis policy.
This rescinding of policy enforcement priorities could be a massive shakeup for the industry. Indicating that the Trump Administration may be looking at state level cannabis operations next.
We need to see what the next moves are before reacting, I think...
But personally, I think it's time to raise cannabis legalization as a very important issue, instead of a, "it's already legal in some states, if you want it legal, move to that state", or "it's already technically legal in more than half the states, it's a non issue."
This is our freedoms we are talking about and in my opinion, it showcases that people care too much about what goes on inside ones home, which I think is a violation of privacy.
Keep tuned for more info as it becomes available, as congress is already asking for clarification and reasoning from the Attorney General Pam Bondi.
